Implantology is the most advanced field in dentistry that deals with the complete reconstruction and replacement of lost teeth and structures in the jaw. The placement of dental implants is a routine procedure that takes about thirty minutes, is completely painless, and is performed under local anesthesia.<\/p>\n

Dental implants are completely biocompatible with the surrounding tissue and are fully integrated into your bone. Allergic reactions are minimized, as is the possibility of rejection by your body.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

If you have decided on a therapy that involves dental implant placement, the first step is a 3D X-ray, which gives us a three-dimensional image of your jaw (height, width, length, density and position of important anatomical structures such as nerves and sinuses). The 3D image is analyzed, and the surgeon assesses the condition of your bone and performs computer measurements to determine if you are a candidate for dental implants. Once we have agreed on the type of work with the surgeon, they will choose the size of the dental implants based on the dimensions of your jaw.<\/p>\n

From implantation to complete integration of the implant, it takes 4-6 months for the implant to fully integrate into the bone of the jaw. During that time, temporary prosthetic restorations can be made.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
